If handmade goods are your jam, then you’re in luck! Over the final weekend of May, over 180 artists and vendors will set up shop in Magnuson Park’s hangar to sell their unique offerings.

Launched in 2003, Renegade has been hosting craft fairs since 2003, gathering creatives and makers from across the country, not only in Seattle, but also Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago and New York, as well as smaller events in other major cities.

With two whole days devoted to the craft fair, there’s plenty of time to check out the array of goods available. Participants in the fair have been carefully selected and curated by a juried in-house team with a strong understanding of Renegade’s vibe and audience.

Browse from vendors across industries and skillsets, such as intricate drawings by Portland, OR-based Kaari & Co., sculptural jewelry hailing from Fort Worth, TX by Buttercup, aura portrait photography by Aura/Iris out of Chicago, Brooklyn-based Cantina Royal Hot Sauce’s selections, conscious design textiles by Charkhalife in Sammamish, Tacoma-based fanciful loungewear by Tuesday Shop, Woodsia home furnishings crafted on Lopez Island, and many more participants and items to explore.

Think your original work would make a great addition to a future Renegade event? Give it a shot and apply on their website — about 50% of applicants get accepted with several application dates available.

If you can’t make the spring event, Renegade will be back in the fall with a market at the Seattle Center in October and a return to Magnuson in late November. Thanks for shopping small!
