๐Ÿ’ฐ $40+ (includes optional Polar Plunge)

Race into 2025 by starting your New Year’s resolutions at Seattle’s most invigorating tradition. The Resolution Run combines a scenic 5K with an optional plunge into Lake Washingtonโ€”because what better way to kick off 2025 than with endorphins and icy water?

The mostly flat course winds through Magnuson Park with waterfront views of Lake Washington, making it welcoming for both runners and walkers. Once across the finish line, brave souls can take the Polar Plunge. Wade into the icy waters to truly embrace a fresh start. (Bonus points for doing it in costumeโ€”polar bear or penguin.) Plenty of warm rewards are waiting after: chili, coffee, hot chocolate, and even a beer garden serving apple cider.

Every participant gets a long-sleeve running shirt and optional finisher’s medal, plus a chance at winning one of 60 prizes across all divisions. Whether you’re chasing resolutions or just chasing fun, this Club Northwest tradition delivers both.
