Scooped! Ice Cream Festival @ Seattle Center

The end of August heat has made its way to Seattle, and so has a creamy way to combat it. Scooped! Ice Cream Festival (yes, you read that right, an ice cream festival) arrives at Seattle Center’s Fisher Pavilion Aug 27th-28th, bringing all-you-can-eat booths of local artisanal and nationally-adored flavors of the delicious sweet treat. Alongside all those scoops: live entertainment curated by Supernova Nightclub, including roller disco dancers, drag queens, Supreme La Rock, and a bunch of DJs. It’s a good place to get out of your air-conditioning-less apartment before you melt in the hot summer weather.

Tickets to Scooped include a two-hour all-you-can-eat tasting window, where you can sample as many different ice cream options as you want while listening to tunes by Marshall Law Band or DJ Lady Coco Jones to name a few. There’s an early bird ticket option for a lower price, so we recommend getting on it early to get the most bang for your buck–or the most cream for your cone, if you will.
