Slip into some midweek Zen at the city’s coolest urban yoga spot — Pier 62. Hosted by Mother Yoga and produced by Friends of Waterfront Park, this series brings all-levels yoga to Seattle’s reimagined waterfront space. Roll out your mat on the pier’s open-air deck and flow through sequences as the sun dips below the Sound. Bring a yoga mat (some available on a first come, first served basis) and a water bottle, and enjoy a grounding experience that blends breath, movement and scenic views.

Held from July through September, each month a different instructor from POC-owned Mother Yoga will lead the lesson. Plus, stick around after for the 7:15 p.m. sound bath with Semi Woo to double your relaxation!

💡Pro tips:

🅿️Take transit as parking in the area can be tricky.
⏰Arrive by 5:45 p.m. to snag a free mat and sign waivers.
💧Stay hydrated — bring a refillable water bottle!
🧘‍♀️Dress for the weather, bring layers in case of winds.
