Pidgin Cooperative and Plenty of Clouds talk about the importance of community in the food industry. They and many other restaurants will be carrying that spirit forward during Seattle Restaurant Week when theyāll be donating the proceeds they make to a community fundraiser of their choosing.
š Pidgin Cooperative will be offering a special curry-flavored tare made of winter squash for their ramen, bundled with one of their condiment jars for guests to take home. During SRW, they’ll be donating to Viva Farms. You can find them on Saturdays at the U-District Farmers Market and Sundays at the Ballard Farmers Market.
š„ Plenty of Clouds will be offering their full menuāwith a slight shift in layout. During SRW, they’ll be donating to Good Food Kitchens. You can visit them every day from 5-9 pm at 1550 15th Ave in Capitol Hill.
