This spring, the weather is warming up, the sun is shining brighter, trees and flowerbeds are in colorful bloom and, to cap it all, Seattle Restaurant Week is returning to the city.

From April 19-May 2, Seattleites and PNW dwellers will celebrate great good from everywhere, for everyone — embracing all the members, traditions and backgrounds that make up the city’s culinary community. For these two weeks, diners are invited to explore Seattle’s innovative food scene with curated prix-fixe menus at $20, $35, $50 and $65 across restaurants, bars, cafés, food trucks and pop-ups throughout the city and beyond.

Think family-owned Taiwanese fare 🍜, worker-owned Cajun and Creole favorites 🍤, LGBTQIA+-owned Vietnamese baked goods 🍰, Black-owned Southern staples 🍲, women-owned brunch spots 🥓 and literally hundreds more cuisines and stories to celebrate.

“This is the time to celebrate and explore all the good food in our region, whether it’s a chef’s tasting menu or family-style dinner. Get out and dine in,” says Mariah DeLeo, the Good Food Economy program director at Good Business Network of Washington.

Seattle-area chefs are seriously bringing it, and Seattle Restaurant Week is a fun way to sample special menus across numerous restaurants, all highlighting local chefs’ talent and the region’s bounty.

Dining out during restaurant week is also a delicious way to support the businesses and workers of Seattle’s diverse culinary community, while strengthening the local economy over good food. And, with the “Give a Meal” program, restaurant-goers can also donate a menu item or meal for communities facing food insecurity through Good Food Kitchens and other community kitchens.
