On Sunday, Oct. 4, shake off the offseason in riotous fashion at Climate Pledge Arena. The puck drops at 5 p.m. as the Kraken take on Pacific Division opponent the Calgary Flames. Can Jordan Eberle and his crew of deep-sea dwellers snuff out Mikael Backlund’s opposing spark? Find out for yourself among an enthusiastic cohort of fellow fans.
But this is no ordinary showdown. It’s the home opener, the first of 41 regular season home games to come, and the Kraken are celebrating in style. Arrive early — special opening day festivities start at 12:30 p.m. on the Climate Pledge Arena plaza.
