Seattle Christmas Market @ Seattle Center

Where else can you find softly falling snow, warm, spiced red wine, handmade crafts and uniquely delicious treats — outside of a European Christmas market, that is? The answer is a small slice of Europe right here in Seattle.

Founded in 2023, the Seattle Christmas Market takes inspiration from the traditional Christmas markets dotted around Europe. Situated in the heart of the Seattle Center, this five-week yuletide celebration features local and international artisans, seasonal food and drink, live entertainment and immersive holiday décor.

For the first time this year, guests can even experience daily snow showers amongst the lights and excitement of the village.

“People are looking for ways to reconnect with the joy and wonder of the season without the stress or a huge price tag,” says Tara DeLaRosa, the general events manager for the Seattle Christmas Market. “We want guests to feel like they’ve taken an international trip without leaving the city, surrounded by the sights, smells and flavors of markets you’d find in Germany.”
