đSeattle Center: 305 Harrison St, Seattle
đ°ď¸ July 8th + 9th ⢠12 â 8 pm
đ° Tickets: $25 â $75
If youâre the kind of person who experiences choice paralysis at Baskin-Robbins or one who reliably puts five-plus flavors in your frozen yogurt cup, then please read on. July 8th and 9th marks the return of the second Scooped Ice Cream Festival at Seattle Center. Forget 35 flavors; this âfrozen wonderlandâ has over 75 for ice cream aficionados of all ages to try from national and local ice cream brands, including Seattle mainstay Full Tilt Ice Cream. Thereâll also be vegan and gluten-free ice cream options available. Gates are open from noon to 8 pm both days with tiered arrivals every two hours, but unlike last year, where tastings were limited to those two-hour windows, this year you can stay (and eat) as long as youâd likeâat least until close.
Itâs all-you-can-eat ice cream but to help pad out your stomach in between tastings, thereâll be savory food vendors throughout the festival. And plenty of activities and tailgate-style games are ready to explore whenever you need a break. We also hear word thereâll be a milkshake-drinking contest each afternoon where contestants will compete for the coveted title of milkshake throwdown champion. Tickets are $25 â $75 depending on how early you purchase them and are available onlineâjust make sure you buy them in advance!
