📍Seattle Center: 305 Harrison St, Seattle
🕰️ July 8th + 9th • 12 – 8 pm
💰 Tickets: $25 – $75
If you’re the kind of person who experiences choice paralysis at Baskin-Robbins or one who reliably puts five-plus flavors in your frozen yogurt cup, then please read on. July 8th and 9th marks the return of the second Scooped Ice Cream Festival at Seattle Center. Forget 35 flavors; this “frozen wonderland” has over 75 for ice cream aficionados of all ages to try from national and local ice cream brands, including Seattle mainstay Full Tilt Ice Cream. There’ll also be vegan and gluten-free ice cream options available. Gates are open from noon to 8 pm both days with tiered arrivals every two hours, but unlike last year, where tastings were limited to those two-hour windows, this year you can stay (and eat) as long as you’d like—at least until close.
It’s all-you-can-eat ice cream but to help pad out your stomach in between tastings, there’ll be savory food vendors throughout the festival. And plenty of activities and tailgate-style games are ready to explore whenever you need a break. We also hear word there’ll be a milkshake-drinking contest each afternoon where contestants will compete for the coveted title of milkshake throwdown champion. Tickets are $25 – $75 depending on how early you purchase them and are available online—just make sure you buy them in advance!
