Garryana has become a world-acclaimed series from Westland, and anticipation for this age-stated whiskey has grown with each annual release. Garryana is a single malt whiskey aged in Garryana oak, a type of tree found predominantly in the Pacific Northwest. The oak introduces a unique expression of the Northwest terroir, and each release reveals a new facet of this rare oak’s contribution to flavor.

Live music will hum throughout the space, complimentary small bites and coffee will be on offer and woodworking and coopering pros will be on hand to share their insights on Garryana preservation and barrel coopering.
