Doing things you loved as a child—like Disneyland, video games, summer vacations, and aquariums—but as an adult allows you to appreciate the experience from a whole new perspective. The Seattle Aquarium’s regular 21+ After Hours Party is a chance to do just that, letting guests explore the museum with live music, food, and specialty drinks—and no children. Plus, it’s a chance to help raise funds for the aquarium, which will debut its new Ocean Pavillion on Thursday, August 29th.

At this After Hours Party, explore over 500 animals and plants, including sharks, rays, mangroves, and almost 30 species of coral. Buskers Judd Wasserman and Sean Morrison will sing next to the Salish Sea, and the band The Pazific will share their tropical music with a Latin psychedelic twist. Guests can also talk with staff to learn about the animals housed onsite and nibble on summer bites like smoked beans, corn on the cob, and smoked brisket sandwiches. For drinks, wash everything down with cocktails, mocktails, and more.

Seattle Aquarium members get 10% off tickets. A VIP option offers early entry, a VIP tent, hors d’oeuvres, a drink ticket, and a swag bag.
