This winter, beloved characters will step off the page at Seattle Children’s Theatre. Rosie Revere’s big dreams, Iggy Peck’s relentless passion for architecture and Ada Twist’s scientific curiosity are all coming to colorful life in “Ada Twist, Scientist and Friends.”

In this one-hour musical show, Ms. Greer’s classroom and its three inquisitive, out-of-the-box thinkers take center stage. From their first day (and the mayhem that ensues) to their final triumphs of problem-solving and teamwork, audiences will follow all the ups and downs of second grade.

Written by Andrea Beaty with illustrations by David Roberts, “Ada Twist, Scientist” and the books about her fellow friends spotlight the STEM curriculum as each character learns to find their own voice as they engineer, experiment, build and create together with their friends.

Presented by TheaterWorksUSA, “Ada Twist, Scientist and Friends” was written by Lauren Gunderson, with music by Bree Lowdermilk and lyrics by Kait Kerrigan.
