Sunday, March 12th â€˘ 10 am – 6 pm

Two days of arts, music, and the most tappiest dancing—backed by the greenest culture alive. Give a toast to Irish Week, St. Patrick’s Day, and Irish Fest!

Keep in mind: Unlike what you’re probably used to, this fest is not dedicated to a day of drinking. Irish history, its heritage, its arts, and how its people came to the Pacific Northwest—that’s the main focus for these two days. And the key event this year? A showcase of Ireland’s literary accomplishments, especially the 100-year-old Nobel Literature Prize granted to W. B. Yeats

Held at the Seattle Center and hosted by the Irish Heritage Club, the fest is one of the biggest showcases of Irish culture in the Pacific Northwest. And yes, you can experience the iconic Irish Step dance, AKA that tappiest tap dance. It’s a free event, but remember that parking can be a nightmare at the Seattle Center. Consider other forms of transportation and go celebrate the greenest culture that Ireland has to offer.
